Compliance to the School Dress Code is mandatory for all students. Parents are requested to read the guidelines stated below and help ensure that their child meets the standards of our policy. Dress Code Policy for Grades DK-5:The uniform requirements are as follows: Boys: White t-shirt with collar with School monogram, blue pants, white socks, closed-toed shoes. Girls: White blouse, navy jacket/tunic, navy pants, white scarves, white socks, closed-toed shoes - no high heels, no sandals. The blouse or tunic must have the School monogram embroidered. School has made arrangements to provide Uniform shirts with Everest Academy monogram. Parents may either drop off pre-purchased shirts/ blouses/ tunics so that the monogram could be embroidered; or they may order shirts with the School monogram at the School Office. The cost of shirts with monogram is $12.00, while the cost of embroidery of logo on the garment provided by parents is $4.00. For boys and girls, the school attire should be selected with modesty in mind; and should be loose fitting and comfortable. Girls are encouraged to wear a scarf and to cover themselves modestly. Teachers and parents are responsible to enforce the dress code and be good examples themselves. Hair should be clean and well groomed. Half shaves or shaven designs of hair are not acceptable. Pre-Kindergarten Dress Code Policy:School uniform is not compulsory for our pre-kindergarten students. They are, however, required to adhere to the basic dress code policy for all grades.
